The Home Supplies was founded in 2018 by a former project manager and a former showroom buyer who kept meeting the same problem: brilliant South Florida designers and contractors overpaying for the exact materials sitting in a warehouse ten miles away.
We built the sourcing infrastructure they needed — a rolling database of vendor pricing, a network of trade relationships, and a way to work vendor-neutrally so our clients always know they're getting the actual best price, not a marked-up one.

We accept no commissions from vendors. Our only revenue is our consulting fee — paid by you.

Every buyer on our team lives and works between Miami and West Palm. We know which showrooms actually stock what they list.
